Pilar, this is why a lot of initial archival assessments are based on
source - the Department head's papers as opposed to the Records
Manager's. The higher up the food chain one is, the greater likelihood
the records have archival potential.
Its also why there is concern in the field about only supporting "great
men/women" historic records.
