The Greater Los Angeles chapter of AIIM is having a half-day event on
the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 24th, in Seal Beach, CA.

Embarking on an Enterprise Content Management project is becoming more
difficult as current economic factors come into play. ECM benefits are
only realized if (a) the project gets funded (b) there is stakeholder
buy-in (c) if people use it (user adoption) and the end user
organization can support it. Aside from the implementation of
technology, this session will present alternate approaches to tackling
these other critical areas that organizations must address.

8:00a-9:00a Breakfast, Registration and Registration
9:00a-10:15a Session 1: Preparing Your People for ECM - Diana Lee,
Senior Manager at Cambria Solutions. This session will include a panel
discussion focusing on end user ECM project challenges and approaches to
implementing and rolling out ECM.
10:15a Coffee Break
10:30a-11:45a Session 2: Preparing Your Data for ECM - Pilar McAdam,
Certified Records Manager, Director of Business Intake and Records at
Sheppard Mullin Richter and Hampton LLP and Jim Higdon, Senior Director
of Information and Strategy at Vendor Direct Solutions
11:45a Closing Remarks and Giveaways - AIIM LA will be raffling off a
set of U2 Concert Tickets for this event!

Your $20 Attendee fee will hold your seat for this event. When you
check in at the event, you will receive a $10 gift card and the
remaining $10 is being donated to the Haiti Relief Fund on your behalf
by AIIM LA. This is our economy buster event and our opportunity to
give back to you and to others in need.
