Morning All

It's been a while since I have posted, so here's a brief update of who I am and 
what I am doing.  As of last week I have successfully passed 3 of the first 5 
parts of the CRM exam.   I did that while performing my role as Records 
Manager for the Legal Department and finalizing the implementation and roll-
out of our new RMS - CARM.

To that end, has anyone on this list implemented CAs Records Manager and 
Retention Module?  If so, I would love to hear about your experience and get 
some advice on the most effective way to set up the Retention Module.
