Good morning... I just want to say thanks for all the great comments-both on and off-list.  Like some of you, we also have multiple locations to be serviced.  We're in 13 states in the SW, SE, and east coast, and thought that using one vendor for these services would be the practical thing to do.  In theory it probably should've been, but the reality is that we've had a number of challenges on both the storage and shredding sides with this particular vendor.  All of our shredding and storage-related services are tied together in the same contract, so, at the very least we may need to look at separating them for the very reasons that many of you mentioned.

We'll continue to evaluate our options and do what's best for Colonial.
