I remember that few years ago somebody posted here Job offer for records management position, where records person's duties include buying tokens for staff, washing the stuff in company's kitchen and something like that. In another similar Job posting was mentioned that the records person should have experience dealing with small animals( for biolab)
When I read your question, I asked myself  if you are looking for agency who has lot of CRM people to send on first call request.
