On project deadline but off the top of my head:
- Any retention requirements required by a particular customer (esp. govt
and law enforcement) or as part of a particular contract - we frequently see
RFPs that require keeping contract-related documents for X number of years
after completion.
- Personnel/employment-related requirements (fed and state, and maybe
municipal?)
- Depending on their sector there may be sector-specific requirements, both
state and federal: think financial services, healthcare, chemical, energy,
utilities, the list goes on.
I'm sure others will chime in as well but this is what my coffee-deprived
and Powerpoint-addled brain came up with in a couple of minutes.
