I would suggest that the level of service received is dependent upon the
people doing the service. So you may be located in an area where service
is great, but on the other end of the country, the findings could be
totally different.
Personally, in our area, we have one service person who is outstanding and
within the same location, another who is slow to respond to queries and
his work is somewhat suspect. So if you find someone who services your
company well, do all within your power to retain them. No all service
people are created equally.
