If I'm allowed, I want to say something that some people would not possibly like.
 
When I ask people how long we need to keep documents, very often I received answer "7 years". When I ask how come, it is difficult to get clear explanation.
Now - back to Creator - 7 years comes from Bible and it is stuck in people mind.
 
Another term - 4 years - is related to current political situation.
Most countries have 4 years election cycle.
And it is obviously, new people sometimes think that every thing that was before should be fixed and redone.
