Do you have something like Canadian Electronic Records Evidence Act?
 
Also, what yours professional and state laws say about it ?

We are a law firm in stamford ,Connecticut. Has anyone attempted to go 
paperless or almost paperless? We are considering only keeping an electronic 
copy and destroying the physical. 

Does anyone know a statute that talks about this?
