Also, who your clients are and where they are?
If you work within US and Canada, it is possible that e-records would be acceptable, but if you are dealing with the other country that does not follow US / Canadian legislation?
And again, as Julie mentioned, but in different words : Records management - RULES,
IT-tools.
Policies, procedures, prove of audit should be the first.
