the suggested posting method for an open position is the following
information in the subject line

JOB POST <country><state/prov><city> - position title

for example this particle position would be

Job Post US-NY-New York City Associate Information Management Officer

clear concise information in the subject line


with regards to replies  pls remember to delete out previous messages when
replying keep only what you need to make your reply relevant. a large number
of our subscribers receive the digest version of the list which means they
received all of the previous day's postings in one single message. Retention
of previous messages in a reply greatly increases the size of the digest as
well as making it very difficult to read
