By way of introduction...

I am fairly new to this listserv and have found it very helpful and informative.  I am the records manager of a mid-sized municipality in Arizona and have been in the records management field for almost 20 years.  I have completed the first 4 tests for my CRM, am working on part 5 and dreading part 6!  I welcome any input regarding the tests and would especially like hearing from anyone in Arizona currently working on part 5 or 6.
