I had the honor of knowing Mavis for several years. She was a special 
human being who touched many lives in a very positive way. The last time I 
saw Mavis was at her assisted living home. She was somewhat physically 
weak, but her spirit was strong as always. And her spirit will live on 
through those of us who got to work with her in the ARMA Houston Chapter 
and beyond.
