Our firm converted from Accutrac 8.0 to LegalKey 4.20 last year (for
Conflicts, only ... we're in the midst of converting to IRM 6.0 for
Records). We looked at a few different available options back in 2008
before making the decision to purchase LegalKey.
It's been a bumpy ride, and I'm not sure we'd make the same decisions
today that we made back then, for a variety of different reasons. I
don't think there's an ideal Conflicts solution out there, although
different companies are exploring some interesting options.
You don't mention what application you're using today, how large your
firm is, what time & billing system you're using, etc., and all of that
can make a difference.
