Job Post US-CT-Norwalk Specialist - Compliance and Regulatory CRM desirable
The Specialist will be responsible for tracking all regulatory reports that
GE RE submits to GE Capital or GE that will be included in aggregated or
compiled format in GE Capital or GE government filings. Additionally, the
Specialist will be responsible for tracking all reports of GE RE filed
directly with any government agency. The Specialist will review and analyze
any discrepancies in the information between different reports and will
compare information provided during different reporting periods. These
reports shall include, but not be limited to, reports required in connection
with US municipal, state and federal pay-to-play filings. The Specialist
will support the Regulatory Counsel in preparing training on the reporting
requirements, and will maintain the various Support Centrals, data forms and
workflows that support the various regulatory initiatives and reporting. The
Specialist will support the Compliance Officers responsible for monitoring
the preventative and detective controls of the GE RE procedures by assisting
in analyzing the data and preparing reports relating to the data generated
by the monitoring activity. Specialist will maintain all Support Centrals,
data forms and workflows that are created and used to support regulatory
compliance.
