Hi all,

As many of you know, a presentation on the ROI of (RM, imaging, Twitter for
that matter) just never seems to be complete without the statistics from the
oft-cited, yet never seen, PriceWaterhouseCoopers study. I've seen citations
of it claiming to be from 1996, when it was performed by Coopers Lybrand. So
two questions for this august body:

1. Anyone with academic database access wanna look for these? I have
tried Google and Microsoft's academic search engines with the same result:
many cites, no listing for the original. But maybe it's in a better one out
there somewhere?

2. Given the statistics that are provided, and their clear value to
practitioners, consultants, etc., maybe someone (ARMA? AIIM? AIEF? EDSF?
Some combo of the above?) could see their way clear to do just such a
survey? I know some similar analysis exists from the major analyst firms,
but I'm thinking something that could be made available for less than 6
months worth of mortgage payments. I'd be happy to be involved with such an
effort but don't think I could do it by myself. I do have some starting
points from the likes of IDC and Aberdeen.

Cheers on a crisp Colorado morning,

Jesse Wilkins, CRM
