A separate survey conducted with Zagat diners showed that the average meal
cost in San Francisco declined by 1.6 percent, from $39.40 in 2009 to $38.78
this year. 

Also, it's okay to click, but avoid tweeting or texting

91 percent of Zagat diners think its OK to snap photos at the table.
However, 63 percent don’t look kindly on texting or talking on the phone.
