My name is Dajana Guja and I am a graduate student at Columbia University, 
pursuing a Masters Degree in Information and Digital Resource Management. I am 
currently taking the "RECORDS MGT:PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES" class and was 
introduced to this listserv by my professor who spoke highly of its content and 
members. I am looking forward to learning more about this field and the issues 
and problems that professional face while working in records management. I am 
currently unemployed and I feel that this will be a great opportunity to hear 
about other people's experiences and explore this field of work. Thank you for
