Please remember the following

1. Use a sig-block with the following at a minimum - name, email address,
physical location ie city, state/province

2. replies edit out previous messages when replying, if using an Iphone,
crackberry or other smart phone be sure to include a footer that says you
are replying via that device

3. attachments are not allowed and if sent to the list they are
automatically stripped out by the listserv

4. subject line - be sure to use a descriptive subject

5. managing your subscription. the listserv archives is loaded with ADMIN
messages on how to manage your subscription

6. problems - if you have a problem send your question to
[log in to unmask] That way all 3 listadmins have access to
the question. If you send to an individual listadmin we may not be able to
get to it due to work, vacation or general laziness

7. Listserv error messages forward the message to
[log in to unmask] so we have a complete understanding of the
problem
