data that "sounds about right" when trying to promote the importance of RM
to senior managers - although no doubt rubbery figures will only undermine
our cause in the longer term...
As well, we as records manager lead very busy lives. To conduct a study
such this, would take incredible time and resources. We are always
looking for ways to substantiate our programs and these studies whether
"urban myths" or not help our cause. That being said, we should be
careful to try and use current studies and data.
Perhaps ARMA could assist with this?
