Program Description: David Mills Esq., CRM, CDIA+, ermM, J.D., and James Eniola 
of Armedia LLC will deliver a talk/presentation on an open approach to records 
and content privacy.  Their presentation will discuss the vital role of records 
and content management in both the federal and commercial domains.  They will 
discuss why some software packages fail and why some succeed in the areas of 
Transparency, Accountability, and Privacy.  They will then present a 
demonstration of one DOD 5015 certified open source records management 
application (Alfresco) implemented at a government Agency that succeeds in all 
of these areas, explain how it does so, and discuss various lessons learned from 
the implementation.  

Speakers: David C. Mills Esq. is a Records and Enterprise Content Manager 
Subject Matter Expert and Business Analyst.  He has worked in the legal, records 
and information management industries for 20 years, severing as a Document 
Systems Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and a National Records and 
Content Solution Architect.  Within the legal field he has been employed within 
law firms as a law librarian, paralegal, law clerk and litigation attorney. 
David received his B.A. from Boston University and his J.D. from Catholic 
University of America's Columbus School of Law. He is licensed to practice law 
in the state of Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, 
as well as a member of ARMA International, the ICRM, AIIM, and CompTIA.

James Eniola is an ECM/Records Management Senior Developer with more than 15 
years of experience in the Information Technology field, including 13 years of 
specialized software development experience covering all phases of the software 
engineering lifecycle. His specialization is engineering enterprise content 
management solutions, but e also has 8 years of experience in the Records 
Management discipline as both a solutions architect and administrator of paper 
and electronic records. 


Menu:  Dinner will include house salad, dessert, and soft drinks and your choice 
of either: Eggplant Parmigiana, Chicken Amalfi, Lasagna, or Mussels Linguini. 
Cash bar will be available.

Reservations Required:  Please RSVP by 5 PM Monday, October 11, by responding to

and cancellations after Monday, October 11, 5:00 PM will be billed.

Driving Directions:  From MD 355, follow Twinbrook Parkway east. Turn right at 
the second light onto Parklawn Drive. Turn right at the second light onto 
Wilkins Avenue. Amalfi is on your left, approximately 1/8 mile.
