This group has had some great discussions and feedback about training curriculum.  I am interested in learning if anyone has used a 3rd party to develop training programs.  If so, would love to find out more about how you found the resource, experiences with delivery and of course, any information about the quality of the delivered product (whether in the form of scripts for in-person training, online training, train the trainer, etc.).  We are considering the possibility of utilizing such a resource to roll out training to a large employee population.
