Aloha, I am a student at Leeward Community College and have been enjoying 
reading (and learning a lot!) from everyone's postings. Our books are 
informative and Mr. Moriki's knowledge and experience helps bring a real world 
atmosphere to our classroom. I am working on a short oral presentation for my 
class. My topic includes the challenges faced by RIM when dealing with a 
company merger or takeover. I'm trying to emphasize the customer service 
aspect of it as much as possible. If anyone has time in their busy schedule to 
offer a little bit of first-hand experience or insight on the topic, I would be 
very appreciative. The postings will allow me to include some personalized 
information with my research, thereby providing a manner for the class to
