Dear RM experts,

 

Would like to get clear definition on the terms use for Records
Management.

 

Does ARCHIVE means to send the documents to offsite storage or to retain
the documents permanently according to its criteria/archival value?

It created confusion when some people use the same term but have
different intention.

Please advise.
