TRAK Records and Library has SEVERAL federal records management
positions with various government contractors in the Washington, DC
area. The Records Manager will provide subject matter expertise and
assist with all aspects of establishing and maintaining compliant
Federal Record Programs. Duties will include assisting government
Records Management program staff in performing daily operations,
projects, analysis, and reporting functions. Other responsibilities
involve processing requests as needed, providing instructions and
conducting training on records management policies and procedures and
software to government agency employees and contractors on an as needed
basis. Individuals will assist in resolving requests for assistance from
database users and assist records management program staff in
maintaining database integrity.
The most qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in an
Information Management or Business related field and 5 years of
experience in Records/Information Management OR in an Information
Management related field which includes records and information analysis
responsibilities, proficiency with MS Office and databases (preferably
Versatile Enterprise, Documentum or other Oracle based databases). A
Certified Records Manager (CRM certificate or similar certificate) is
desirable. The salary for this position is very competitive and is
based on experience.
