take-charge individual to take responsibility for the daily functions of
their IP file room.  This will include supervising a team of IP Records
Clerks, coordinating workflow and assignments, and managing the
creation, maintenance, destruction, and tracking of files and records.
The right candidate will have at least 5 years of law firm IP
experience, including 3-5 years of supervisory experience.  A Bachelor's
Degree is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience will also
be considered.  Proven trademark/patent experience and strong
communication skills are required.  The salary for this position ranges
