Hi,

I am having a problem finding a way to securely and confidentially destroy some microfilm. Mechanical shredding is not working as the film either (usually) slides between the blades/gears or the shredded pieces are too large, that is, given the size of the image, the shredded pieces need to be quite small. One of our office shredders will work, but not for the volume I have to deal with. It seems as if incineration or a chemical bath might be the way to go.

I am looking for suggestions, or even a vendor in my area.

Thanks, Richard
