Position #1 - Director of Records and Information Management

Do you have a Records Management background in the Pharmaceutical industry and are you interested in a position as Director of Records and Information Management running a strategic RIM program.
The position is located in Marlborough, MA with travel to their offices in Fort Lee, NJ as needed.

This RIM professional will have:  5 years of Pharmaceutical Experience, 5 years of archive, records management and regulatory filing experience, MUST possess a B.B., B.A., CRM or equivalent industry experience, experience with Documentum and QUMAS software, and have good oral and written communication with a focus on detail, and the ability to lead others.

Position #2 - Electronic Records Manager

Do you have a Records Management background in the Pharmaceutical industry and are you interested in a position as Electronic Records Manager for a large pharmaceutical organization near Chicago, IL?  Please review the following Job Summary below:

Serves as the primary Corporate Records (CR) liaison to company management, steering committees, IT groups and departments on all issues relating to electronic records management. Provides leadership for the planning and development of short- and long-term company-wide electronic records management strategies and programs. Leads in the identification and implementation of new electronic records management systems. Provides guidance on maintaining existing electronic systems, which require the retention of embedded records in those systems, to assure that company employees are engaged in good records management practices.

Below are the Minimum Requirements for the position:
1.  Bachelor's degree in related field REQUIRED. (MBA desirable)
2.  Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience working in records management REQUIRED.
3.  Demonstrated ability to develop/implement all components of an electronic records management program is REQUIRED.
4.  Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical, device and/or nutritional operational, IT and regulatory environments is preferred.
5.  CRM (Certified Records Manager) certification and/or ERM (Electronic Records Manager) designation preferred.
