We can not create good archives without implementing good records management program, and we can not create good records management program without knowing the final destination of the information, and dealing with it accordingly ( Archival quality paper for records with permanent retention, backup copy, original copy, user copy...)
ARCHIVES= ARCH + I'VE(S) = the most important I have
RECORDS= RE+CORD
CORD=FILE
will you put something together and take care about it if it is not important?
