Does the company actually run the Health Clinic?  As in individual medical professionals who are employed directly by your company run the clinic?  We have a health clinic on our premises but it is run totally by medical professional contractors, in fact they even lease the space, so none of the records belong to us.  Thus no need to include them in the Corporate Retention Schedule.
