Patrick - you make some good points.  However, I think that we are just
seeing the beginning of these kinds of policies (the press release also
includes a comment that they are looking to expand this offering in the
future).  For someone situated in the law firm world, this is of interest.
Although it doesn't appear to be offered to law firms yet, they would be a
natural next market considering most firms act as custodians of client
property for many years.

For now, it appears this is a very narrow product with I'm sure as you note,
lots of exclusions for negligence, etc.  But, is it destined to remain that
way?

And Jesse - you ask some really interesting and important questions.  I hope
the insurance companies who are considering offering these kinds of
insurance consider those issues.

Will be watching this as it develops - very interesting stuff!
