When I read the article, I took it to say that Secretary Clinton, was #1
reducing the reports that were created as a "just because". #2 those
reports that were necessary, condense the size. I'm sure that the
corporate world is no different than the Federal Government, when it
comes to writing reports. Many are written and not read, just for the
sake of providing a report, and those that are needed are so lengthy
that you don't have time or get tired of reading them. Some folks think
that the longer they can make their report, the more important the
mission must be. I'm all for condensed reports and only when needed.
For once, I'm in agreement with the Secretary.
