Hello, I am a Records Specialists in a law firm in the Boston, MA area.
I have searched the list archives to see if there was any previous
postings on Filing Standards in Law Firms and was unable to find
anything. My firm is looking into developing standards in regards to
how files are set up, how filing is updated, how pleading indexes are
updated, how discovery is handled, etc.

Does anyone have any filing standards or guidelines that have been
implemented in your law firm they can share?

Thanks,
Irene
