Gary,

No, you understand my question correctly. We are talking about
students who have their MLIS, and who have taken courses in records
management, but who have not yet decided/not yet had the time to get
their CRM. It seems like searching even for "records manager" is a bit
limiting in this day and age.

That is why I asked the list for their advice on what kinds of job
titles they actually hold or what job titles they would consider
searching on when looking for jobs in this field.
