I have been asked to assess the imaging process for one of our 
subsidiaries.  Currently, imaging procedures are implemented at the 
department level.  Some departments are using a third-party vendor to 
image their documents while other departments are using multi-functional 
devices to scan the documents.   Our goal is to develop an imaging policy 
and procedures for this subsidiary.

I thought I would begin my assessment with a questionnaire to be filled 
out by each department.  Does anyone have a list of questions that I 
should being asking?
