Good Afternoon Mighty and Intelligent Members of the Listserv world!
Our Northern Colorado municipality is about to embark on RIM strategic planning
process and I would like to reach out to my "customers" (internal staff, frequent
flyers, etc.) with a sort of appreciative inquiry survey to get a feel for what they
would like to see in the our future world of RIM.
Has anyone done anything like this before? Any examples out there I
could "borrow" from? Checked the archives, but to no avail...
I anticipate there would be (at least) two different surveys - one internal, one
external. Not looking for anything fancy; if any one has any suggestions, all
ideas would be appreciated!!
Thanks!
