Not tips so much (and maybe not appropriate between co-workers), but here's four Valentine's Day haiku.
 
You make my heart flip
When you come into my sight
But your records do not
 
 
I manage your records
Filing each Word doc with love
Love can be tiring
 
 
How can I tell you?
Love shows in many ways, like
Organized records
 
 
My heart wants to help 
You to be more productive 
Let’s fix your records.
