Cataloging Warhol no small task at North Side museum, Kaitlynn Riely / The Pittsburgh Press

"Marie Elia, a project cataloger at The Andy Warhol Museum on the North Side, opened a cardboard box labeled TC 421 and placed its contents on a shelf."

The bread crumbs all lead back to pop artist Andy Warhol. Between 1974 and Warhol's death in 1987, he saved the stuff of his life in about 612 boxes.

Matt Wrbican, chief archivist at The Andy Warhol Museum, helped open the first box in 1991. Inside were dozens of Warhol's films and several comic books."
