Thank you for all the great suggestions. This individual moved over from
our Land department. Her primary responsibilities were land records and
associated processes. She also recently completed her degree in Business
and has expressed an interest in charting a course in RIM. I just gave her
the option of "backing out" before we went too far down this path, but she
happily said this is where she wanted to be. I'll be sure to remind her of
that when we are travelling the system this summer in 95-degree weather
evaluating legacy records in facilities with no A/C.
