Larry - sorry if I offended you.  That was certainly not my intent.
The reasons why the IMM isn't a peer-reviewed journal wasn't at
question, just whether or not it is, hence why your original reply
seemed cryptic.

And to note, as with all of my posts on this listserv, whether
disclaimed directly or not, all comments made (unless otherwise noted)
are mine and mine alone and are not made in any official capacity with
regard to my employer or any other entity with which I may be
affiliated (including my kids' PTA).
