Greetings from the Bluegrass State –

We are vetting ECM systems and as part of the final RFP ranking process both
TRIM and Autonomy ranked well. Obviously as a selection committee we have
some apprehension about looking at either product since they are now both
owned by HP. Don’t get me wrong, they are both great products but the
likelihood of HP supporting both products long-term seems sparse. We have a
conference call with senior personnel from both groups today so I'm curious to
know if anyone else has dealt with this quandary since HP's acquisition of
Autonomy. If so, what made you feel comfortable going forward with one
product over the other? What long-term ECM roadmap did HP provide?

Any thoughts are appreciated.
