"The Army has gone to the big buckets and I absolutely hate it.  To me it does = headaches.   It has caused me, as the records manager, a lot more work." 

I've found that moving to "big buckets" and really doing it right requires more work than creating regular buckets.  And even if it works today, it can create additional  problems when a change to a federal or state law or regulation extends the retention of a portion of the records in the "bucket" beyond the current retention.
