"Has anyone tried both Zasio's Retention product and IRCH's Legal Requirements for Business Records?  I know they're both good, but I would love to hear a comparison - I'm just interested in the legal research aspect of the products (ease of use as well as how comprehensive they are), not all of the other features, like compiling the retention schedule."

I used IRCH's Retention Manager 3 in the past and while I liked the tool from a research perspective, I oftentimes found the client itself a little glitchy.  I have not used Zasio's product but I have seen demos and I liked what I saw.  We have since switched to GRMpedia which I like a lot.  I think it is easy to use and it offers more in terms of international citations.  I will be happy to discuss further offline.
