I think the language above is a bit misleading.  I do not believe the Statue of 
Limitations is extended.  Instead, each subsequent paycheck initiates its own 
Limitation of Action. <<

Really?  REALLY???    
I'm jumping in line to hire *that* consultant ! NOT!
