At American Honda Motor Co., Inc., where I have been The One doing data
entry (and everything else) with the electronic systems that manage our
paper records since 1990, the data is entered in ALL CAPS eliminating the
extra finger move to capitalize, then not, and the "Do I capitalize this
word, or not" question.  You haven't asked this one, but people are listed
LAST NAME, FIRST NAME mainly because Excel can sort it easily when I export
the files from the RM system, and sorting by first name is not useful to
me.
