The Commonwealth films are excellent and very informative. They do need updating however. For a number of years they rented the videos out and we would rent one or two each April for RIM month. Unfortunately, the rental program no longer exists and we don't have the budget to purchase them. We would have sessions for all the employees in Waterworks. Not everyone attended, but most did and it strengthened the RIM program quite a bit.

I don't know of a good book, but I do recall that we used a video *For the
Record: Records & Information Management* when we deployed our program to the entire company. It was less than 30 minutes long and produced by Commonwealth Films.

There's something about a well-written story which draws you in. I think if it doesn't exist, a novel like this for Records Management would be very useful.
