My thought on this was how to engage those new to Records Management who may
have been handed this area without background and those unfamiliar with
Records Management who either may not realize the value or may not be able
to see the value.  Enron was a actual event which I'm sure there are several
stories about including the movie, "The Smartest Guys in the Room."  The
Enron story clearly demonstrates problems, but I don't know that that's
really what I meant.  It sounds like there are not any books like this.
