Following Peggy and David's suggestion:
The session I found most useful was Change Management Comes to Life... Let's Play "Change: The Game" (on Tuesday, Oct. 29, from 10-11:30 a.m., led by Karen Strong). Since we are going through changes (what a surprise), it will be really helpful. In the game (and it's an actual board game, with a board, tokens, cards of various sorts, etc.), you EXPERIENCE the difference between having a Change Manager, and not having one.
