Detroit is a beautiful city and has a bad reputation from the media.

I have enjoyed every experience I have had in the city.

I also had a great time in Detroit.  I guess I was pretty naive, because I was impressed with how clean the city was, at least where I went.  I remember being scared before I went because of all the horror stories I heard, but when I got there it wasn't at all what I expected.  The hotel was fantastic, the venue was good.  The part of the city we went in was very clean.  My experience was very positive.
