I was a recently married school teacher living in San Diego, when I 
realized I needed a career change.  I started with a large 
pharmaceutical company and I kept finding myself crossing paths with 
Records Management.  The RM took the advice of a very wonderful lady 
and hired me to do the heavy lifting.  I was fortunate to be there for 
the development of an enterprise wide RM program and I grew with 
the program.

I decided to pursue my CRM and took over as the RM.  Then I took a 
chance on a government job and realized that the government was 
not for me. But it brough me into the world of consulting where I had a 
number of adventures that brought me to NIKE.

Records Management was not a road I saw myself taking but it has 
taken me where I needed to be.
